How long have you been in business?
I have been in the website, web marketing and SEO industry professionally since 2010, although my first endeavor was in 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily I am an SEO expert, offering professional search engine optimization both local and organic for any website, any business. Since the website itself is such an important part of effective SEO - both for ranking and for traffic conversion - I also build client websites from scratch or rebuild existing ones.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been fascinated with the internet and what it could do for businesses and any other endeavor since I first heard about it in 1993. My first attempt at a website (using Geocities) was in about 1998. From there, however, I built websites and learned about getting them indexed and ranking on Google more as a hobby for quite some time. It wasn't until job loss as a result of the Great Recession that I started to move into it professionally.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It was the new and emerging field of local SEO - via Google Maps - that actually brought me in to the industry and at the time that was actually very unique. That naturally progressed to website SEO and then ultimately websites altogether. There are several things that I find do differentiate me often in the industry. One, it's very common for web designers to know nothing about SEO. This matters because how a website is constructed is critical to good indexing and ranking. It's also true that having to work with one professional or firm for web design and then another professional or firm for SEO after the site is built can dramatically increase costs and the time it takes to get a new project successfully moving forward. What I offer clients is an efficient and cost effective way to start seeing a return much sooner and with less headache. Secondly, although it's become more common, it's not always standard than an SEO specializes in both local and organic (traditional) SEO. This, again, is another area where I offer clients not only an efficient and cost effective solution, and an assurance that one or the other of these critical opportunities for site traffic and business isn't missed. I also have a background in both writing and general marketing, both of which offer essential compliments to technical skills for a successful website and SEO. Lastly, I am in this business to support my family of seven children, my wife and myself. I can not be successful doing that without offering the highest quality services, attention and care to my clients and maintaining a loyal customer base. Anyone looking to create a website and/or for effective SEO literally has hundreds to thousands of different options - from do it yourself solutions to individual professionals to large firms to well known brand names like Dex or Yellow Pages. But not all of them are going to be good. There are ripoffs out there, unethical fly-by-night SEO companies, large corporations that really could care less if you are successful or not, short-lived web designers who have great skills but don't know how to manage a business and drop off the face of the earth the next day . . . Finding the right solution is difficult and embarking on that journey without investing unnecessary or ultimately wasted funds along the way may even be more difficult. My goal is to offer my clients the most straightforward and cost-effective road to success, and I do so with the highest quality and care possible knowing that my own success depends on that.

Single location, but expanding in the near future is a real possibility.
