What is your primary product or service?
Great Gourmet Pizza, Calzones, Stromboli's, Salad's, Wings, and Deserts.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Its a family affair that goes back directly to Italy. In fact, we are true Italian-Americans having immigrated to the United States from Italy. You cant get more authenitc Italian food, we guarantee it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
No other restaurant goes to the extreme that we do for our customers. We make fresh dough and proof it so the flavors all combine to create a dough the makes your mouth water. The sauce is homemade, the vegetables are all hand selected and at he peak of freshness. The meats are all oven roasted - no frying !!! We make our own Greek Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese and Ranch dressings - no prebottled stuff here. The cookies are baked on premises and are to die for.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and are currently looking to expand into a second location. We plan to grow to a total of 3 to 5 locations to ensure optimum quality of our product. No intention to become a high volume, lower quality brand like the others.

We accept debit and credit (MC, VISA, AMEX, Diners) and of course cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Summerlin area. We have actually deliverd to the Las Vegas Strip on occassion for special events and have even overnighted our pizza to NJ. Out old customers cant live without us, at least not the delicious pizza !!!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Its operated daily by our chef, Paolo Ciulla. He's family and immigrated to the country when he was 8. The lifetime of dedication to his craft shows in the food. Just ask our regular customers, they'll tell you.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate from 10am to 10pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 10pm on Sunday. To be fair, sometimes its a littel earlier and sometimes a little later. We take pride in serving our customers.
